anyone else have issues with vertagear support.. been waiting 2 weeks for an update on my warranty for my sl2000 seat base and they just tell me its out of stock and need to wait for it to be back in stock.. and when i called today to see if there was anyone date i was told that have to ask another team and when i asked if i need to wait another 2 weeks a got a giggle and was told yea.. and this was after they were trying to tell if it was the seat base itself or the leaning mechanism.. when it is the seat base around the mechanism not the mechanism itself.. they have been nice every time I've talked to them just not sure how they wouldn't know if or when it will be restocked..
