PC/Windows turns on with power save mode

Hah, Found the solution already, It was happening because of "MSI Center APP" 
It was set to Silent mode, Didn't notice when that happened.
But it's all good now

I've noticed something weird lately, This isn't regular but i've noticed this for last couple of days 
When I turn my PC on, It's always on power saver mode, Even though I switch it back to "Balanced" 
Next time when I turn my pc on, It's again on power saver mode. 
Is there any automatic settings that's changing it back to power saver mode whenever I turn my pc on? 

I'm currently using windows 10 pro edition, And this is not a Laptop by the way.
