Recently bought a switch 810. It's got the 4 stock fans (front, top, rear and internal) plus my stock 240 (think that's the size) on bottom. My 4 switch fans are set to 1k with my 240 set at 800 via my LXE. Are they needed this high or do I need them lowered. Only asking as I've read people on here claiming much lower rpm for fans and mine seem way higher.

depends on ur cpu and gpu temp...if they r spiking then increase the rpm otherwise keep it as it is... :)...and if u r getting good airflow then turn them down and then switch to max when u r doing some heavy work..

As long as your temps are fine, you can go with whatever rpm you'd like.

Thanks for your replies, guess I can lower them then. Temps are decent atm. Should I move my internal (one of the directional fans on the switch) to the front so I've got 3 in 2 out? Positive airflow is better, right?

Positive airflow should theoretically help keep out dust.

Similar situation to before--configure your fans however you'd like as long as your temps are fine. Try it out and see how it goes.

Thanks once again. Try it out when I get in on a few hours and report back :-)
