Rx 580 not working

I recently bought an rx 580 but it was not working I changed the mobo ram and even the psu but there was no change when I turn on the pc it sometimes turn on for some time but runs into some kind of error 

My specs are :

i5 2320 

H61 mobo

8gb ddr3 ram

rx 580 8gb xfx

600watt psu 

500 hdd

[3400g]

sounds like a bad card or you need a bios update

That 580 might have a mining BIOS on it.

 

Take a good look around the card, see if you can find a little toggle switch. That might flip it back to a regular graphics BIOS, without having to reflash. If you can't find a switch, you'll have to flash a normal BIOS onto it.

Yes I did and  I showed my card to one of the shops he used it on his pc it was working fine like a normal card but he was using a 7th gen i5 cpu he said its working fine
