EXPO Safety

I was gonna go for the 7800x3d chip, but due to recent event that expo and SoC was the fault (if i remember correctly) I am unsure what i wanna do

Was gonna combine the 7800x3D with 4 sticks ram of 6000mhz this summer.

I aint no hardware expert or software expert, but will it be safe to use EXPO later during this summer or?

I think if you don't absolutely have to upgrade this moment, just hold out for a bit. more info will come out later

I really wanna as I feel alot of the games i play + the amount of multi tasking i do I really want that cpu x) Pluss i am giving away my current PC to a couple from Ukraine so they can play together (they got one decent pc from before)

PLUSS I do like to stay on top of hardware in general
