Win 11 language bar missing on taskbar

I have windows 11 installed on my laptop, recently I got some issue with language bar, I can't see it at all on taskbar, can't change between languages either, win + spacebar or ctrl + shift not working, can type only in English. Function docked on the taskbar is grayed out and not accessible. Tried different solutions, nothing works with my issue.

What happens when you go into the Windows Settings menu (WindowsFlag+i) and select time and languages? Can you add or remove language packs from there?

Yes I have two more languages there, no dice with language bar reappearing by manipulating those settings, I'm thinking this is win update issue cuz nothing other could be doing this...
