There should be no BIOS adjustments needed to boot and run the system.

The system will likely initially boot with memory running at 2133. You will want to enter the BIOS and make adjustments to run memory at 3200. If the motherboard supports XMP it is a simple matter of enabling the feature and possibly picking an appropriate profile.

Unless you intend to run the NVMe drives in a RAID array, I would install only 1 NVMe drive initially, in m2_1. This will simplify o/s installation and eliminate the possibility of error.

If you are not running the NVMe drives in a RAID array, adjusting memory speed would be the only BIOS adjustment I'd make before installing and updating the o/s and basic software.

The second NVMe drive can be installed after the o/s is installed. The drive will have to be enabled in Windows Disk Manager.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
