Win 10/11 Login - User List

Hi all, does anyone know if it is possible to have all users that have logged into a system show up when you log in?

 

At the moment, all I am presented with is the user who first setup the system / last user logged in then 'other user'.

 

Just a bit of an irritation rather than a deal breaker but it gets a bit tedious when I sit down at my girlfriends PC and then need to type in my login credentials, then when she comes to log in it forgets her details.....

 

All PCs are Win10/11 Pro - Azure login with 365 setup as organisation rather than personal.

Give these a try in gpedit.msc:

 

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Logon > Enumerate local users on domain-joined computers. (enable this)

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Logon > Do not enumerate connected users on domain-joined computers. (disable this)

Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options > Interactive logon: Don't display last signed-in (disable this)

 

I've never dealt with Azure organization login so I'm not sure if these would 100% apply in your case, but I think these will be your best options if so.

You're welcome, I would set them all from the get go and see if it works. The settings all do something slightly different to add to the experience.

Perfect, glad to hear, no problem! Now I know those settings apply towards Azure setups too!
