GPU no video after Win7 boot

I believed I fixed it, monitor refresh rate and resolution. Changed it in safe mode, seems fine now.

Alright, I have a GPU, Asus GeForce GT 610, PCIe16x to PCIe1x riser adapter, everything works great until I install drivers and reboot. Then right after it gets past the loading screen it goes black, nothing else.

 

I have tried all of the inputs, different monitors everything.

 

Any advice?

Well, connect your monitor to your in-built CPU graphics and reinstall all drivers.
