Windows security (device security) issue

I'm having an issue with windows security that suddenly appeared today. And i'm not sure if its another ui bug like the last issue windows defender had.. Or what is causing this, this time.
Today i see a ! on my windows security saying action recommended. I open it and click on the one with the ! on it. It then shows page not avaliable? I can dismiss that and open it by clicking it again. But that page looks different from last time i was in there? the 3rd picture is taken from my last post about the ui bug. And as you can see on picture 2, the stuff from picture 3 is not there. (sorry its confusing) anyway.. 
Long story short: Windows defender is acting up and i don't know why its suddenly doing this.. Nothing was wrong last night when i turned my pc off   And its running just fine right now, so its not performing any worse than last time i started it.. i'm not sure if my windows updated since this morning and this is happening because of it. But i haven't touched any settings or visited any shady sites. And i have done 2 full scans for viruses and nothing shows up on that.

I thought they already did roll out an update to fix this.. Last time i had it it went away after some time. Now its back and its even showing less options when i open device security..
I guess my only option is to wait and see again.
Did they manage to break it again? In fact it looks worse this time..

I already tried checking for updates and did a repair on windows defender/security thingy. restart pc.. virus scan and so on. Yeah, its waiting time again
