Hello All,

The problem I´m facing is simple, with every single game I play, after sometime (more demanding games require less time) the Game crashes.

Demanding games will simply close and quit to desktop "like game was never open".

Less demanding games can sometimes end in a crash of the video onm black screen and keep audio of the game on.

With the latest AMD adrenaline update, I receive also a "driver timeout" error message (attached screenshot).

My GPU, Window and BIOS are up to date.

Following the PC details:

AMD Ryzen 5 7600X

Windows 11 Pro version 22H2 64-bit Build 22621.1555

AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT

32 GB RAM DDR5

Before the AMD update i also made a friend check RAMs on his pc and they work fine.

I´m out of options and asking then for help =)

Thanks in advance!

Driver timeout can happen when your card doesnt run stable or in unsuccesful overclocks.

What is your psu btw?

psu:

be quiet! 850W 80+ Gold Modular

I assembled the pc in December and had time to time issues, that updating drivers where going away.

I was getting in origin windows installation error Blue screeen and so on (error code was 0x80070570)

then I had memory error messages (don’t remember the code) went away with drivers upload away.

now this… that went wrong when I started to use the new monitor (asus VG278Q) and can use properly the gpu.
