Motherboard recommendation needed.

Hey everyone, I currently have a Ryzen 9 3900x on an ATX MSI Mag B550 TOMAHAWK motherboard, DDR4 Ram etc.
The motherboard has shared PCI-e lanes with the third GPU slot and the secondary M.2 slot, so I can't use a secondary GPU in it without removing the M.2 drive because it locks out the third GPU slot from working.
The RTX 3060 is too thick to be able to use the second GPU slot.
I was wondering if anyone knows of some motherboards, that don't have shared PCI-e lanes with a third GPU slot and second M.2 slot, so I can have 2x GPU's and still use a second M.2 drive in it ?
I'm hoping to find something that is not too expensive due to budget contraints, but any help would be really appreciated.

Just for clarification, I use Daz Studio, and want to use my slightly older model GPU in it as well for rendering speed.
I want to upgrade the GPU eventually, but at the price they are it's going to be a long time saving to get one, so I want to make use of what I have for now, and switching out the motherboard is a much cheaper option for now, thanks.
