Beep sounds while installing RAM... and also while Processor install

I just bought a pair of 8GB DDR3 CL9 1600mhz and an i7-3770 for my old h61 motherboard. I installed both of my ram sticks day before yesterday and they worked fine and showed up 16gigs. Next day I installed my new processor i7-3770 in my LGA1155 socket but the CPU went beeping... I heard exact "5 beeps". Is that the problem with the new CPU because my old one, i5-2310 worked fine after reinstall.

Just the next day after the above incident, I woke up, thought of reseating my RAM, and after powering my CPU, it beeped. I heard exact "4 beeps" this time. I got to know that both of my RAM sticks were fine. But when I install the another stick in my DIMM_1 slot, it beeps, and when only single channel in my DIMM_2 slot, it boots fine. So is it that my DIMM slot died or the Processor did something to my DIMM slot?

Help Please!

Thanks.

hi could it be that your bios is not up to date and does not support third gen intel???

but the manufacturer's site does not provide any bios update. What should I do in that case?
