NVIDIA RTX A2000 is properly the best gpu you could put in there, its close to a 3050 and you can find some good deals on the used market when you are patient.

Below is a link to a data sheet that list everything about the Fujitsu Esprimo.

From my research on the webs it appears that the last supported CPU was the following.

Intel® Core™ i7-4790 processor
4 Cores / 8 Threads,
3.60 GHz, up to 4.0 GHz, 8 MB,
Intel® HD Graphics 4600

The above in bold text was what another user at Toms hardware posted back in 2019.
