using an old optiplex to host a minecraft server. can it host my own cloud at the same time or do i need a secod server for that?

dell optiplex 2090 usff I5 4570s 8gb.

That RAM is a bit low but it'll likely be fine. The best way to tell if it'll work for you is to just try it, worst case scenario you can't handle having the MC server and a cloud service running at the same time and have to remove the cloud service. I have no idea how you're running this stuff but I personally would recommend something like TrueNAS Scale as it's designed for something like that and has easy to install apps for things like MC servers and personal cloud services.
