Suggestions for CPU cooler

Hello all, I have recently made the move to Update all the Fans in my PC (case and CPU fans) as the original ones i had stared to have bearing problems and slowly getting louder.

In doing the update on the fans i noticed my CPU is Idling around 50°c and has also slowly been creeping up in temp, so i figure its time to look into updating the cooler.

Currently I'm using a Hyper 212 for my Ryzen 7 1800x and I'm looking for a cooler/fan combo that fits my Case, which has a max clearance of approx. 165mm (phanteks Eclipse 400P). 

 

anyone know a good cooler that fits AM4 that wont cause clearance issues and has a great ability to cool? ( i have spare 120mm Noctua PWMs i can put on the cooler if that's an option)
