Train sim world keeps crashing

So far I've removed overclocks, updated windows and drivers, verified game files on steam, installed additional software, reinstalled the game, and verified windows files. Specs are a 12600k, 6600xt, 32GB of DDR4-3200 ram. Nothing is throttling. The game still keeps crashing.
