Solid boot light with no display

So I've taken apart a couple computers and rebuilt some, and now I'm running into an issue with my person tower I can seem to fix, I upgraded my GPU from a Asus phoenix 1650 to a zotac rtx 3060 and now when I turn on my PC all the fans and lights will turn on but no display...any ideas??
