Is this normal?

High guys,

 

I've been trying to diagnose some stuttering issues on my Asus 4080 OC that I wasn't getting with a Zotac 4070 Ti, I was running some benchmarks (Heaven mostly) and my GPU clocks are stable at around 2900 - 2920Mhz at 50/60c, but the power going into the GPU is all over the place and drops as low as 150W, does this graph look normal to you for the GPU power?

Those drops, if in Heaven, could those maybe not just be in between scenes, where screen goes black? Just a thought.
