Please help this noob

I know nothing about computers tech and all the parts is all gibberish to me every time I try and do research to get information about good software for streaming I only find information for gaming but I’m not interested in gameplay on the computer I’m interested in streaming my game play what would be my best option?

I would use OBS, but it uses the CPU to encode so if you have a lower end CPU you should look into streaming over shadow play(Nvidia) or the AMD counter part

Do you want a pc to game on and stream said game you are playing OR do you want a pc that records gameplay from another source (like a console or different pc) and make that one stream that content?

The PC is not for gaming streaming only gameplay will be done on consoles

What consoles? What resolution?

 

Budget for the pc?

 

Target streaming resolution? Target streaming fps?

 

What platform(s)?

Console is a switch and ps4 and I’m hoping for the best quality sound and picture for my viewers so I’d probably be looking for 1080p and 60fps and as for price range it’ll most likely be cheaper the better but I’m happy to get 2nd hand if it cheaper than new

Where are you planning to stream to? With Twitch, your stream is 720p 60fps maximum until you become a partner, so until then there's no point in streaming anything higher than that.

Yeah a partner not only that i also post recorded content on YouTube that’s why I’m trying to upgrade to make my content look better
