PC not Posting

So about a month ago I built a new PC. Specs follow

CPU:RYZEN 7900X3D

GPU: Radeon 7900XTX

Ram: 4x16 GB TridentZ 5 RGB

Motherboard: MAG B650 Tomahawk

Power Supply: 1000w EVGA 80+ Platinum

Storage: 2 x 2TB Sabrent Rocket 4

There has been artifacting during games that I have been troubleshooting. Yesterday, we narrowed it down to the motherboard or CPU. I removed the CPU inspected it and replaced it. Since I did that my PC won't post. I bought a new motherboard already to fix the artifacts, however, I can't even get my PC to post. I've clear CMOS, removed cleaned, inspected and replaced the CPU again, tried different ram configuration.  All I get is the quick trouble shooting lights for the CPU and DRAM on my motherboard indefinitely.

Update the bios on the new motherboard.

I may have worded it wrong. I have not gotten the new motherboard and the bios on the tomahawk was updated yesterday.

Try just one slab of RAM. Have you reset the CMOS? Reseat the CPU fresh paste it, even though you say you have done this, sometimes some mobo's are very sensitive and I've had some before in past that took about 10 times to reseat the CPU so it didn't glitch.

Did all this. Upon further inspection I found bent pins in the motherboard socket. I tried to fix them to no avail. I'm going to see if my new motherboard (coming in tomorrow) will work. I'll keep this updated to I'd it works or not.

Ah not good man. But bent pins are fixable. It could be fixed. If you very gently bend them back, as long as they fit the socket it should be okay. At least your new mobo will come tommorow. It should be okay when you try that.

So playing with more ram configurations I got it to boot with 1 ram stick in the 1B slot. All 4 of my sticks work in the 1B slot. However, none of the sticks work in the 1A slot. Nor will it work in with sticks in the 1B and 2B. 2A and 2B do not work in a 1 stick configuration. But it will work with stick in 1A and 1B.

The thing with configs of hardware and so many types and makes of motherboards etc, sometimes some things just don't work even if they are meant to. Most of the time, computer configs are solid and stable but there are times they are not.
