Wifi at work

Does anyone know how to get wifi for me to use on my phone at my place of work. There is very little to no service. We do have a company ethernet cable that will give internet to whatever its plugged into (work computer, android phone, ipad). So im thinking wireless switch or something. Also if I can make it almost non detectable that would be good that way they don't shut it down immediately.

If your IT does not provide any then so be it, this forum will not help messing with your employer's network.

Since its something you're worried about being blocked on your work network, you should work with your IT department about setting up a wifi network. We can not help you.
