Hey Guys,

Here is bit of a crazy issue that I can't seem to pin down.

PC Specs

i9-13900k

Nvidia 4090 FE

64 GB DDR5 6200 (4 sticks, only running at 4800)
Asus Z690E Motherboard

500GB Samsung 980 Pro

2TB Samsung 980 Pro

1600W PSU

The issue I'm having is with Elden Ring specifically. In the distance when looking out, the grass isn't loaded in and looks all yellow and brown in Limgrave. As I approach, it adds the textures back violently and in chunks. Not gradually like I would expect.

This PC I am on is a new computer, I was gaming on a i9-10900k and Asus 3090 OC.

I've tried everything I can think of, I tried disabling my Effeciency cores because I know that can cause some loading issues with Elden Ring, tried to mess with any setting that deals with Optimization.

Everything has been updated as well. The last thing I can think of is maybe having 4 Sticks of DDR5 is causing some crazy issue? I know having 4 sticks is non-ideal as you can't run XMP and it be stable.

This post is my last ditch effort to see if I am missing something.
