can you show a pic? If you mean the fan at the back is an exhaust and your worried bc 'they're really close together' then you'll be perfectly fine

It sounds like you're saying the fans are blowing opposite directions.

 

CPU fan should be blowing air toward the back fan so air can leave the case. Or upward if there is an exhaust fan up there blowing out, in some cases.

What cooler is that ? Unless it's some low end stock cooler blowing away fro the CPU (which can't move), you can just reverse the fan, it should be pretty easy as they're held by clips usually..

basically turn that cpu fan around to the back quickly that not even lightning mcqueen could see it
