Boot issue

Hi! 

 

I have a small problem with my custom - waterlooped pc. Filled the reservoir, no leaks. Used a paperclip to short-start the motherboard, and the right things booted. However, when I put the 16-pin cable back into the motherboard, it refuses to boot. What could be the issue?

do you mean the cable to power the mootherboard? Because that should be 24 pins. Or do you mean the cables for the cpu at the top left of the mobo?
