CPU upgrade but error code

Upgraded to Ryzen 7000 and got an Asus ROG b550e-e and when booting it's giving me error code c5 and that's for ram but it's brand new and my brothers doesn't work either and ik he has good ram. It's in his Ryzen 7000 system

Motherboard you listed only supports CPUs listes "AMD AM4 Socket for AMD Ryzen™ 5000 Series/ 4000 G-Series/ 3000 Series Desktop Processors"

If you misspelled and are using b650e-e, then can you check that your brothers ram works in your PC, if yes RMA your Ram
