hey guys,

so whenever I am playing games My fps is always sitting at like 100 to 120 when its capped at 165 (my monitor refresh rate). I should easily get 165 fps with my gpu in the game I play. I checked my gpu usage and it was only sitting at 30 to 40% in the game. There are no other bottlenecks and the temps are never going 75. I tried doing a stress test for my gpu and it spiked to 100%. I also reset my whole msi afterburner but it didn't fix it. Can someone help me to fix this issue?

PC specs:

CPU: i7 11700k

mobo: asrock b560 pro4

gpu: dell rtx 3070

Ram: 2x16gb ddr4 3200mhz

psu: 750 watts 80+ gold

Also graphics settings and resolution plus do you mean all temps CPU and GPU or just the GPU?
