AMD gpu driver issues

so i have an old laptop of mine that when installing latest and old AMD drivers for its GPU the pc crashes and go into a boot loop I tried reinstalling windows and the pc only work if i uninstall the drivers in safe mode

its a z51-70 Lenovo laptop with windows 10 64 bit

its quite old but if this issue is fixable then that would be very much appreciated

I just saw this yesterday im guessing you are using 23.4.1

i cant really remember but this issue was older than 2 years so prob this has happened before but i have a more serious issue that the pc cant even detect the gpu now (its not visible in task manger or device manger) also i entered the bios and when i do switchable graphics instead of integrated graphics it just wont boot unless i return it back
