Frustrating Issue

I’ve had a new build for around a month and had no issues really until last night. Running a Z790 EVGA, i9-13th gen, 4090, 32 gig 7600, seasonic 1000watt platinum.
 

I was in WoW and my screens went black and the fans started spinning at full tilt. The screens never came back on, I had to restart using power button.  It’s now happened multiple times last night and today. I’ve reset bios to all defaults, no driver updates for card, bios is up to date. It’s not overheating before it shuts off. Typically around 50-57c. 
 

Any suggestions or anyone experienced this? I’m thinking my power supply may not be strong enough. I’ve been monitoring power consumption and it’s hitting around 866watts max when I have been monitoring while entering and exiting areas quickly while in game.
