Weird black square

Today when I started playing games a black square suddenly appeared. I think it has something to do with the Nvidia Overlay but I turned it off and the square is still there. But only in games. What can I do to make the square disappear. Here a video visualize the issue. The video has a few seconds of black cause OBS was having issues.
