constant crashes/ bluescreens

PC has constantly crashing nonstop for a wile now and getting a lot of errors like, trying to wright in a read only. i don't have anything i need on PC so i tried factory resetting it. then it crashed again on re-installation of windows. so i used an older PC windows hd to boot it up and it still crashes. the parts inside is a i7 9700k CPU, asus 1080 GPU, 32 GB ddr4 ram (4 sticks), asus maximus ix motherboard, 750 watt power supply. i have checked trying to only boot up with only one stick of ram but still crashes, crashes very often. currently pc is just sitting collecting dust and would love using it again, i use it mainly for gaming. any support would help.

Does it crash while in the Bios?

Maybe check the Event Viewer and here look at what happens just before the crashes, it could indicate a specific issue, maybe point you in the right direction of a fix. I think the Event Viewer is available in Safe Mode, and since Safe Mode is stable, you could take your time here and read the logs.
