We'd need more information than this to determine that.

First off, Check Windows Event Viewer (Windows Key/Home Button > Event Viewer). See if there's any error logs there for you, which may specify more-so *why* it failed to boot.

Use CrystalDiskInfo to check your drive, ensure that it's still in good health.

 

If the Drive is in Good health and Event Viewer doesn't have anything Concerning, then it may have just been a Windows Fluke, and Windows may have Fixed it on it's own.
