Budget (including currency): 2000 USD for the entire setup (so computer as well as the monitor, keyboard, mouse, Windows, etc.)

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Blender, Unity, Gaming, and whatever else I find fun.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

1080p, 144hz.

I know I'm probably going to get roasted, so on a scale of 0 to 1, how bad are these specs, with 1 being horrible and 0 being so trash that it won't even work? Also, before completely roasting me, please just say what I could improve.

CPU: i5-13600KF

Cooler: Liquid Freezer II 240

Motherboard: Z790 Aorus Elite AX DDR4

RAM: Vengeance RGB RS (2x8)

SSD: Crucial P3 Plus (1TB)

GPU: Zotac Twin Edge OC 3060 Ti

Case: O11 Dynamic

OS: Windows 11 Home OEM

Case Fans: Corsair SP120 3-Pack & SP140 2-Pack

Monitor: Acer VG272 (144hz)

Keyboard: K60 RGB Pro

Mouse: Basilisk V3

Other: Intel LGA1700 Upgrade Kit

PC Part Picker list: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/PrismaticGD/saved/nDjyFT

Case fans: I plan to have 3 fans on the side as intake and 2 on the top as exhaust. Does this allow for good airflow?

General questions: Do I need more stuff to adapt the peripherals to the case or something? Also, like mentioned above, does that fan setup provide good airflow. Are the products listed good and reliable, as well as good when working together? Am I overspending (I probably am lol.)

Also, just one constraint, for reasons I wish to not say, I can't use any AMD products.

And again, please don't just say "It sucks." If it sucks, say why and how it can be improved.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this.

You're really worried about people roasting you hahaha. Just saying "this is my first build i dont know what to do" would have been good enough.

Heres a slight alteration on some of your build.
Ill put some more comments in my next post:

One thing you forgot to get is a PSU. Thats quite important otherwise you got no power.

If you want to cut down on costs you might be able to find a cheaper case with some included fans, that way you dont have to buy more. I didnt look at the O11 Dynamic but even that might not need additional fans. Try 3 fans on the side for intake and you might not need those extra two fans at the back.
I do believe you will need some fans for your AIO (all in one cooler) though.
In general all your choices are okay.
I bumped you to a ddr5 board since this is a brand new build for you, you might as well start off with ddr5 instead of getting ddr4. Not to mention you picked a really expensive ddr4 motherboard and i picked a 100$ cheaper board which should free up some money for the price difference on DDR5.

That fan idea for airflow is just fine. I wont comment on mouse and keyboard, those are purely preference and you should watch some reviews to see if those are to your liking. I have a basilisk V2 and i like it a lot though.
Monitor is fine for first monitor.

Cant fault them. r/buildapc would just call you stupid and throw their premade template PC thats out of date in deals 2 weeks ago.

And with that, to qualm your anxiety, my rationale starting from bottom to top:

  1. In terms of peripherals i went for the best bang for the buck all around for FPS gaming right now. In fact, id say if you dont need any microphones or want to add external ones later on you can just get Moondrop Chu for 20$ and call it a day. The only complain i have on Chu is the thinly gauged cable which can be very easy to fray if you are a violent tugger type of IEM user.
  2. G2412 is nothing remarkable but its a bump in panel quality to its older siblings at 20$ extra, its basically the cheapest modern 1080p144hz panel i could find right now.
  3. You forgot your PSU. Its fine, i sometime do that.
  4. I went for Focus 2 instead of O11 because its so so much cheaper and still retain remarkable performance. You can sub this with Lancool 216 also by Lian Li, Fractal Pop Air XL, 4000D Airflow by Corsair, and if youre feeling very very esoteric, Meshroom by ssupd (Lian Li's subsidiary for experimental SFF designs).
  5. GPU philosophy has always been the same and always will be for me and i blame linus. Biggest GPU you can get, while keeping your CPU and RAM appropriate for the tasks. We'll get to that later on. The other plus is aformentioned Optix renderer for blender.
  6. I decided to go for DDR4 as in your stated tasks the raw ram capacity would be more beneficial than speed, and itll save up on build cost thanks to DDR4 kit bottomed out price. When you are getting a new platform 3-5 years down the line, DDR5 would fall further in pricing, hopefully similar to DDR4.
  7. Cooler wise its just the best bang for the buck that is enough to tame it. You can go for NH-D15, Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120, or a 280mm AIO instead, 240mm is just going to perform similar to these twin tower cooler designs.
  8. For CPU, its just the best bang for the buck in Blender. Its effectively using its E-P core system in renders and standard model usage and manipulation, netting performance similar to that of the 100$ more expensive (and not to account the fact that its DDR5 only platform, and the board standard AMD uses is pretty high) 7900X.

It's a mounting adapter so that the cooler fits on the motherboard

Shouldn't be needed. I believe the Liquid Freezer II has been shipping with LGA 1700 compatibility since late last year.

Perhaps it's a contact frame?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
