New build new issue

Hello everyone, just have a slight problem. I just built a new pc the specs will be below. Everything runs great, not a problem. The issue is i am getting low framerate in games, Warzone 2 is giving me 100-140fps when all the reviews on youtube are showing i should be getting 190+fps at 4k. Wondering what the problem could be?

MSI z790 carbon wifi

Intel i9 13900k

DDR5 Vengance @ 5200mhz

RTX 4090 MSI Suprim

1600w EVGA PSU

CPU cooler Corsair XC7

1TB NVME

Monitor 5120 x 1440p Odyssey G9

What temps are you getting on the CPU?

What settings are you playing at?

The RAM could be faster, but that isn't going to be a huge limitation.

CPU usage is at 40-45% Temp is 48-58c

GPU  usage is 70% temp is 62c

Settings are windowed border less, quality on extreme. vsync is off, framerate is uncapped

you have to look at CPU usage by core.  

 

your CPU has like 20+ threads, and the game is absolutely not using that.
