For gpu I would go with the 7900 Xtx and for psu go for the EVGA gd 850 or rm1000x

then for ssd go for a much cheaper 970 evo plus 1tb. All you lose is gen 4 to gen 3 and finally for cpu I would go for a non f cpu since you get another display out

EVGA isn't available but there is Corsair RM850e Series 850W for 168€

970 evo plus and 980 pro are 5€ diffrence and non F CPU is 55€ more expensive

and doest it matter for gpu if i plan to use ray traycing

Neither, the GPU doesnt scale up. I would just stick to 13600K or all the way down to 13500 for Intel side and 7600 on AMD side. You wont see any performance degradation on it unless if you play a highly CPU bounded titles like Factorio and Civilization.

The 7900 xtx has actually gotten decent in ray tracing. But it can’t beat nvidia. If you plan on using rt a lot then go for the 4080
