Windows 10 boot error

Hello all, im trying to fix a family computer, and when i start it up it gives me a BOOTMGR missing error. And when i rry to put A USB bootdrive in it. The motherboard splash messes up and it crashes giving me DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG error. Tried 2 different usb drives and no luck, any advice?
