Gpu temp throttling?

Hi so just this morning when I loaded up my pc my gpu decided to do something new that it’s never done before. My cpu was normal but once I looked at my gpu temps and usage it was hitting 79 C and with 60% utilization. Is there a potential way to fix this? Even in VR the gpu fans wouldn’t turn on but today they hit 1137 rpm

If the fans are broken RMA, you could undervolt it (look for YouTube videos), but if its a problem with the card there's no point, you could also try set a custom fan curve in Afterburner
