Order missing items

So I placed an order for someone else because they don't order things online and when I received the order recieved one item instead of three I have already reached out to LTT support but do I need to reach out to the carrier as well started from dhl but ended with usps. I also noticed that the weight changed by a good bit in transit.  And if I do need to contact the carrier which one the weight changed while still in dhl hands but usps delivered it.

Support got the replacements on the way it looks like so we will see. Everything I can gather looks like someone at customs at DHL walked off with the items so hope we are good this time.

Shipping is hell unfortunately, I got 2 order lost on the way already. As others said contact the customer support they are always nice and help you getting out of this.

 

Was it an international shipping as well as mine?

Ok so in reply to andreabis I am in the US. And just received the items they sent to replace what was missing. Also in reply to inund8 I am only going off of the info i have at hand and from shipment getting to customs and then after it got repackaged and left customs which has to be done because they have to check everything which is why the shipper is not LTT on the package unless your in Canada the weight changed by little over two pounds. So unless LTT misread the label which is one thing that hasn't happened to me yet my only guess is that it happened at customs.
