PC Audio Problems

Hello, for some reason the sound on my PC is no longer working. I just finished installing an AIO but now no matter what device I use I can not get any sound to come from PC (tried headphones and speakers). All I get is a low pitched hum sound that does not show up on the volume mixer and starts going even while the computer is still booting up. I can play other sounds on YouTube and they appear in the volume mixer but I can not hear anything except the low humming sound. It is a digital sound made by my PC after starting up, not an actual sound caused by a fan rubbing something or an old hard drive. I have tried unplugging and replugging in all my USB and video ports and even updated some drivers using Windows Troubleshooter. Any idea what might be causing this?
