Can someone give me a parts list for a pc that can run MSFS 2020 on high settings for under 1000 dollars?

probably not under 1K.  
MSFS Needs a fairly solid system to perform well.  

 

A single screen at 1080:  An RX6700 XT with a good CPU will pull around 60 fps, but that's about as far as it'll go.
