Quick Bios question

HI all, I have never updated a bios so just wondered if someone can confirm if I am correct.

 

I have downloaded the file from the Gigabyte page and it's come along with some other files. Is the one I have highlighted (FB File) the correct file to flash my Bios? (Board is a b550M ds3h).

depending on vendor realy what they are named.. but if that's all that was in the compressed file, that would be it yes.

Yup, the largest file in the ZIP will be the BIOS update itself. Looks like it's 12 Megabytes ...
