silicone spray

Go to solution Solved by OhioYJ,

Spraying "oil" on the bottom of the mouse is going to be bad idea for many reasons...  Do you want your mouse, mouse pad, and hand to be oily? Constantly spraying them with silicone spray, will result in them all becoming a mess. Not to mention once they are soaked in lube, they will become even more of dust magnet. I'd be willing to bet it also eats away at the adhesive for the mouse skates. I don't doubt a lubed mouse slides better. However in reality this seems more like one of those bad TikTok hack videos that seems like a horrible idea.

You'll find yourself spraying your mouse every few hours/days. It's not permanent. Even more so if you use it on a surface like a mouse pad. Might last a bit longer on glass. But at that point, you may as well just change our the pads under your mouse for glass pads too.
