Hello, I have a Spacer Titan (middletower) case with 3 fans as intake in the front, 1 exhaust in the back, currently running the stock cpu cooler from i5 11400f paired with an rtx 3060 eagle 12gb on a gigabye b560m ds3h motherboard 16gb corsair 3200mh ram dual channel kit, my airflow is decent and temps are acceptable for casual gaming (warzone on high settings goes to 80 degrees celsius which I consider is decent for a stock cpu cooler), but I'm gonna upgrade to a 240 AIO that I'm gonna top mount, I was thinking of balancing it out 3 exhaust 3 intake, all the fans are 120mm. Should I mount them exhaust or intake? And also is an NZXT 650w power supply enough to run all this?

yes a 650 watt would be perfectly fine for this. Go for 3 intake 3 exhaust (1 at back, 2 at top). Also for the 240mm aio check out the arctic liquid freezer II240, really good for the price

AQIRYS Aquarius AiO , 120mm x2 fans was going to be my choice.
