What model specifically, and what BIOS revision are you running? There's a lot of things that can cause XMP to not enable properly, especially on the mess of a memory system that is Alder Lake, and it's near impossible to make a specific recommendation for it without knowing those specifics.

I'm not sure how do I check that?

Easiest way to check both is CPU-Z. BIOS revision will show up in the Mainboard tab. Memory model will show up in the SPD tab labeled as Part Number.

There are ways to check inside the actual BIOS, and it can occasionally be wrong/not give you the info, but that's likely going to be the easiest version assuming it works.

which one do i download the setup English's or the zip

Setup or Zip both work. I tend to do Zip personally, but there's arguments for both. Setup is a little smaller but requires to be installed, Zip runs without installing it.

I know a lot of people poo-poo about the QVL lists, but I've been burned too many times over the years.  Nowadays I only buy ram the mobo maker has tested and qualified (not to mention that some makers like Asus often include additional tighter timings in their XMP enhancements).

Do you know if the ram you bought was tested for your mobo?

How do i update my bios?

That isn't a particularly intensive XMP profile, it shouldn't really be all that much of a struggle. I'm gonna assume it's probably the BIOS that's the issue.

To update the BIOS, there are instructions in your motherboard manual. The general process is usually download the BIOS update, extract the BIOS file, put it on a flash drive, go into the BIOS, hit Q-Flash, and follow the prompts to select the BIOS file and update the BIOS. That said, follow the instructions in the motherboard manual, they should be more clear than what I just gave. There's also likely 3 different ways to do it in the BIOS, any of those ways should do.
