Yesterday i built a pc and installed windows on it. The problem is i couldnt download anything on windows and i kept blue screening and i could not download the cumulative update 22h2. Today, i tried reinstalling windows via the same usb stick from yesterday and i get a blue screen saying that critical drivers/files are missing/corrupted. Does anyone know what this is.

did you delete something called system32? Also what are the exact characters of the blue screen? it sounds like you deleted something that was vital to the os working. Either that or you bought a corrupted, cheap bad copy of windows (if you bought it officially then ignore the last one)
