Forced password changing

About a year ago, I signed into my school Microsoft account and sign out when I was done. But sense then, ever few months, I have been forced to change my PIN to log into my computer, it say something like "your organization requires you to change your password," How do I fix this?

What I do at work is just change it to the month and year. Like, "September2022" or "April2023" or whatever it is. It's easy to remember and always different
