High disk usage when loading videos

DRAM-less 480GB SATA drive (when DRAM-less is pretty bad) and you've got a fair bit of data on it.

 

Its a $17 drive from 2018, if you can replace it with a modern NVMe drive, I would. A 1TB TeamGroup MP33 is a terrific budget upgrade from SATA and is $45 on Amazon right now.
