Is it possible to download only audio recordings without the need to download video? When I have a limited mobile data transfer via the Internet and exceed some GBs, the Internet speed slows down and any page opens for a few minutes. Popular programs such as 4K Video Downloader or ByClick download mp3 recordings from popular websites such as YouTube or Rumble (ByClick does not work on Rumble) and mp3 files are ready, but these programs work in such a way that they first have to download recordings in the form of a movie (and this wastes transfer) and only then automatically convert them to the format that will be set as the target. On https://www.savethevideo.com there is an option to convert to mp3 before downloading but this option is broken. The website https://dirpy.com/studio has the option of converting video material to mp3 before downloading, but in free mode I can only download videos up to 20 minutes duration, only links from https://dlive.tv can be downloaded without limit. Is it possible to download only the second half of the movie without wasting bandwidth on the first half if I've already seen the first half on TV? The most convenient are such programs that immediately after copying the link to the system clipboard, it immediately downloads the recordings instead of pasting each link separately into the program (like ByClick) or at least has the option of pasting a list of links. I checked the ByClick program thoroughly and in fact (unlike other programs) it has the ability to immediately download mp3 recordings without video, but many sites like Rumble do not support it and many YouTube recordings download at a speed below 50 kb / s, while other recordings download dozens of times faster, i.e. normally. Why when I download mp3 recordings from YouTube with the ByClick program, the icons of mp3 recordings show the same thumbnails as on YouTube, but when I download these mp3 recordings using another program, there are no thumbnails in these mp3 recordings?

Yes. It is possible.

There are extensions and Userscripts that adds a download button straight on the video page to download the mp3 of the video. As well as dedicated apps that can do this.

Now whether or not we can link those, I am not actually sure as it may or may not go against the CS. Would need to ask a mod.
