Mac and PC Setup

I'm looking for a solution to easily switch between using dual monitors, keyboard, and mouse on a PC desktop and a MacBook Pro. Basically using the current all windows setup with those peripherals for both a Windows and Mac system. I was thinking of a dock or product that can switch monitor inputs, as well as enable the keyboard and mouse to work on both systems. Currently using both systems separately and looking for a one step solution using existing products such as a desktop hub or KVM switch. The mac is M1 Pro from last year and the PC has a GTX1080 so no thunderbolt or USB-C for that one. 

 

Edit: The main monitor is 1440p 165hz with DP only (only need 165hz for the PC). The second monitor only has DVI and VGA and quality on it isn't important.
