PCI/Network issues post CPU upgrade

Go to solution Solved by Horizzon,

fixed this by going into device manager and checking for drivers. Only worked after the chipset update so I presume that fixed something.

In a previous post I wrote about my odd issues with my cpu upgrade.

For the most part I've resolved them, I'm now in windows.

But I still can't get my ethernet to work, and weirder: my GPU is unrecognised despite outputting to my monitor.

I'm on an Asus b450m-a board on BIOS rev 4002. Ryzen 7 5800X cpu with 16gb ram (2x 8)

I already updated my chipset drivers by using a USB to put the exe on my pc.

I'm out of ideas
